Conveniently located in the famous Santa Cruz Jewish quarter of Seville, Las Casas De La Juderia Hotel is housed in a 17th century palace once owned by the Duke of Beja, a great character in the history of Spain's aristocracy and known as the patron of Cervantes.

Las Casas de la Juder�a is located within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and other tourist sights of Seville.

LOCATION

Las Casas De La Juderia Hotel is located in the Jewish Santa Cruz quarter, one of the most charming neighbourhoods in Seville where important families of the Spanish high nobility like the Zumiga or the Manriquez used to live. Knights and servants and also the first American Indians that Columbus brought from his first travels also resided here. Nowadays we can say that there is no other collection of houses in Seville so nicely preserved that is able to show the history of when this city was the centre of the world.

Las Casas De La Juderia Hotel is lovely and welcoming. The only problem was finding it and getting our small rental car into the passageway, but hotel employees magically appeared to help. Learning to navigate our way to our room though the underground passage was fun. We had one excellent dinner at the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of all the major sites of Seville.

Las Casas De La Juderia Hotel was our favorite hotel during a 12 day stay in Spain. The staff were hospitable and helpful. The rooms clean, spacious and the bathrooms the best we have encountered in Europe. Garden courtyards at every turn with views from most windows. A truly gracious hotel and staff.

"A Gem in the heart of the old town..."
Of all the hotels we stayed in while in Spain, this was the one we remember as "elegant"...but not in an expensive and aloof sort of way...more like the casual elegance of the Mission Ranch in Carmel California. In addition to the outstanding location, the service was great, the rooms were "muy tranquillo", the food was good...it was one of our favorites, and we have recommended it to friends since who all enjoyed their stays at Las Casas.

"An oasis of comfort and calm in the maddest city in Spain!"
It does seem that you either love or hate this hotel. I absolutely adored it. It is full of whimsical charm. Ok the rooms are oddly shaped, but they are interesting and I am gobsmacked that people have moaned about the darkness/ small windows!!!! There is clearly a very good reason for this - ie the heat! It was 40 degrees during my stay and the room was gorgeously air conditioned and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is to die for, with a lovely lady who brings you fresh towels and water and fab little walkways to explore. I would thoroughly recomment this hotel to anyone who wants exciting and unique experiences on holiday, and it really is the ideal place to stay in Seville if you want to go out, experience the madness but then return to a haven of tranquillity. Fab fab fab!

"Unusual hotel"
We have just got back from a stay in Seville staying at the Juderia Very nice hotel, friendly helpful staff , lovely bedroom, off a small courtyard, but unfortunately it was on the ground floor with a walkway to several other rooms,this made it very noisy with lots of coming and going of other residents and staff.We were woken up on several occasions in the night and early morning. However I would recommend this hotel for it's character and charm. Very good buffet breakfast which was included in our price. Ask for a room upstairs facing away from the walkway/paths. All in all a good stay in this lovely city.
